Forgiveness, Looks & Forged Feel - The Srixon I-701 Irons Have It All!
The Srixon I-701 irons are engineered with an inspiring blend of forgiveness, playability and stunning aesthetics - a monumental combination for the mid handicap golfer!
- A pocket cavity design in the rear of the clubhead uses areas of variable thickness to increase the MOI (Moment Of Inertia) for added stability and accuracy on off centre strikes.
- A lower centre of gravity, especially in the long irons, provides a high launch angle for maximum distance and unparalleled forgiveness.
- The clubhead of the I-701 uses a unique 2-piece forged construction design. The main body of the club is made from 1025 Carbon Steel, whilst the face super-soft 1020 Carbon Steel. The softer, thinner clubface allows for a very large, high COR area making the I-701 extremely long, even on off-centre hits.
- The I-701 irons are not only about technology. Just by looking at the irons you can tell that Srixon spent countless hours crafting a great looking club.
- A clean, simple looking appearance at set up, combined with progressive offset and traditional profile means this club will appeal to just about any standard of golfer.
- Fitted with top quality Nippon NSPro steel shafts. These ultra popular shafts are exceptionlly well balanced and use a lightweight design to provide extra clubhead speed, giving a higher and longer ball flight.
